We create true connection and intimacy through authenticity and honesty but the fear of rejection often keeps parts of ourselves hidden in shame, holding us back from revealing our truth and experiencing deeper connection.

Most of us did not grow up feeling unconditionally accepted, or validated in our authentic experience and expression which can limit our capacity to unconditionally love and accept ourselves. Over time, most of us learnt that certain feelings are not welcome, and therefore suppressed them. To truly reconnect with ourselves, we must learn to feel again. 

When we feel, we heal.

Our emotions contain messages that can guide us home to a more authentic, aligned and fulfilling life. Allowing the energy in emotions to flow in a healthy way can also make us feel free and alive in new ways.

This Authentic Relating Retreat will allow us the space to embark on a journey within, finding the freedom to be authentic selves, and learning healthier ways of relating.

Ceremony will be a powerful support in helping you connect with yourself more deeply – possibly revealing unhealthy, inauthentic patterns of relating to yourself and others, and it can help free of you from gripping patterns.

Our pre and post ceremony offerings will hold space for this process by giving you powerful tools to awaken self-awareness, embodiment and new way relating. This retreat will enable you to step into more mature, adult relating: compassionate and concious listening, courageous communication, and let go of the disempowering traps of judgement, blame and victimisation.
