Meet Billie
Spiritual Teacher | Shamanic Healer | Somatic Therapist | Medicine Woman | Meditation Teacher | Reiki & Sound Healer
For much of my early life, I lived in survival mode.
​
Like many of the people I work with today, I carried the weight of trauma, anxiety, grief, self doubt, and addiction. There were seasons of my life when I felt completely disconnected from myself, unsure of who I was or how to find my way forward.
​
My healing journey did not begin because I wanted to become a teacher.
It began because I was suffering and desperately searching for a different way to live.
​
What started as a search for relief led me into the worlds of yoga, meditation, spirituality, nervous system healing, energy work, and deep self inquiry. Over time, these practices became more than tools for healing.
They became a path home to myself.
​
For more than two decades, I have devoted my life to understanding what it means to heal, awaken, and live in alignment with our deepest truth.
Along the way, I have had the privilege of supporting thousands of people through retreats, ceremonies, trainings, mentorship, and private healing sessions.
​
My work brings together ancient wisdom and modern healing approaches. I draw from shamanic traditions, mindfulness, somatic therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, Reiki, sound healing, plant medicine integration, and spiritual mentorship to support people in reconnecting with themselves in a grounded and meaningful way.
​
While I have been blessed to study with many gifted teachers such as Gabor Mate, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield,, Atira Tan and others, my greatest teachers have been life itself. My children. The people I have had the honour of serving. My connection with Spirit. The land. The medicines. The countless lessons that have come through both heartbreak and grace.
Today, I guide others through the same doorway that once changed my own life.

But because I know what it feels like to lose yourself.
And I know what it feels like to find your way home again.
