What is the purpose of sacred medicine work?
Sacred medicine work can support healing, self discovery, emotional release, spiritual connection, and personal transformation.
While every experience is unique, many people seek ceremony during times of transition, healing, grief, awakening, or when they feel called to deepen their relationship with themselves.
These ceremonies are approached with reverence, intention, and respect for the traditions from which they originate.
Do I need previous experience with ceremony or plant medicines to participate?
No. Many people who join ceremonies are participating for the very first time.
Whether you are new to this work or have previous experience, you will be guided through a thorough preparation process and supported throughout your journey.
My intention is to create a safe, grounded, and trauma informed environment where you can feel supported every step of the way.
What support is provided before and after ceremony?
Preparation and integration are essential parts of the process.
Before ceremony, you will receive guidance to help you prepare physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Afterward, integration support is provided to help you make sense of your experience and apply any insights or healing that emerged in a meaningful and sustainable way.
The ceremony itself is only one part of the journey. The real transformation happens through how those insights are integrated into daily life.
