Each gathering is unique and may include open discussion, guided meditation or journeying practices, intuitive teachings, energetic support, reflection prompts, group sharing, oracle wisdom, and grounded conversations around healing, awakening, relationships, emotional wellbeing, spirituality, and personal transformation.
