Drawing from over two decades of experience as a healer, teacher, facilitator, retreat leader, and entrepreneur, I offer a blend of practical guidance, intuitive insight, compassionate reflection, and real world experience. Together, we will explore your goals, challenges, opportunities, and next steps while uncovering the patterns, beliefs, or fears that may be limiting your growth. You will leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and actionable guidance to support your journey forward. Perfect for healers, coaches, practitioners, entrepreneurs, leaders, and individuals who are ready to move forward with greater intention, alignment, and trust in themselves.
Cancellation Policy
Session Policies All sessions are offered in person at the Gaia Wellness Clinic in Richmond, Ontario. Please arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Life happens, and if something unexpected comes up, please reach out and we will do our best to find a solution together. Missed appointments without notice are non refundable. Our sessions are intended to support your emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual wellbeing. They are complementary healing services and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own wellbeing and for the choices you make following our time together. Every session is held in a compassionate, trauma informed and non judgmental space where you are welcome exactly as you are.
