Training Registration Policy Thank you for registering for one of our online trainings. By enrolling, you are reserving your space in a live educational program and gaining access to course materials, resources, and teachings. Due to the digital nature of these programs, all registrations are non refundable. If you are unable to attend live sessions, recordings will be provided whenever available unless otherwise stated. While every effort is made to provide a supportive and transformational learning experience, results cannot be guaranteed and are dependent upon each participant's level of engagement, practice, and application of the material. For certification based trainings, certification is not guaranteed through registration or attendance alone. Participants must successfully complete all program requirements, demonstrate competency in the skills being taught, and meet any attendance, practicum, case study, assessment, or participation requirements outlined within the training in order to receive certification. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, guest teachers, and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the values of the program. No refunds will be issued in such cases. All course content, training materials, recordings, manuals, worksheets, and resources are the intellectual property of Gaia Wellness Retreats and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or taught without written permission.
